Description Prepared For: 15/40 Event Productions Prepared By: Tracie Campbell Brooklyn Charm Inc. EVENT CONTRACT This Event Contract states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between Brooklyn Charm Inc. having its principal CA place of business at 379 E. Main St, Ventura, CA 93001. And (15/40 Event Productions) who agrees to be bound by this Contract. WHEREAS, the Client is conducting a Private Event, a Personalized Event, wherein the Company will be providing custom design and jewelry assisted services, on (July 22, 2025). WHEREAS, the Company agrees to manage the Event according to the terms and conditions herein. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties within this Contract, the Company and the Client (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows: Company’s Duties: The Company shall handle the management and planning duties for the Event in the manner described, Within, a 5 – 7 hour time period (including set – up and shut down) unless otherwise noted. These events are designed for one piece of custom designed bag charm made per guest, unless otherwise negotiated in the contract. For this private event, Brooklyn Charm will be providing all materials and services for the the activation. This package includes several trays, filled up with a variety of enamel and metal charms themed towards a bag charm. Two finishes of charms is provided, gold and silver plated. The event team will assist your guests in designing their pieces and then help them assemble it for them on site, the day of the event. Each guest will have the option to choose up to 3 charms to pair with the carabiner with chain findings. Client’s Duties: The client will provide a suitable place for the Brooklyn Charm’s set up. The company requires adequate lighting and/or access to power supply wherein the company will provide their own auxiliary lighting. The client will also supply a sturdy table, and chairs for staff and students. Additional Information: Set up and shut down: Brooklyn Charm’s staff is responsible for the setup and break down of all display and goods for the event. The staff needs at least 2 hours of set up prior to the event and at least 1 hour shut down at the close of the event. Payment: Payment of $6000 credit card processing fees ($180) in FULL is due at least 1 week before date of event. By agreeing to hire Brooklyn Charm to participate at your event, both client and hiring company agree to the terms that Brooklyn Charm is not liable in the event of injury, theft, or loss of property. Gratuity: the Gratuity fee has been waived for as a discount for this event. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS IN WRITING. No modification of this Contract shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon and signed by both Parties. APPLICABLE LAW. This Contract and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [California] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in [Ventura County], [CA]. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the Parties has executed this Contract, both Parties by its duly authorized officer, as of the day and year set forth below. Cancellation Policy: – If the event is canceled seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled date, a $200 non-refundable fee will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded. – If the event is canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled date, a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. – If the event is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued.
