Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of an order being placed. Customers will receive a refund of their order total minus the payment processing fee (2.9% 30¢). Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the submission of a cancellation request for the refund to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. To cancel an order, please email [email protected]. Returns: To initiate a return, please email [email protected] prior to shipping your return. Returns are accepted within 14 days order delivery. Customers will be refunded their order total minus applicable shipping costs. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging for a refund to be processed. Returned artwork must be repackaged as it was received, return shipment must be insured and delivery signature must be required. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless there is a problem with the item. If an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and within five (5) days of delivery email [email protected] pictures with a description of the damage.
